28th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)We found a property that was on our liking with a decent price as well, we contact them and tell them our story. As it happens our circumstances made it that we needed the property quickly so we offer 6 months in advance to have the property keys as soon as possible and than after to have the references done. Now with the times we live in is understandable not to want someone in your home without credit checks and all that, but we offered 9k in advance do you still think i can't pay my rent?! Than to be told that no matter how much we pay we can t have the keys to the property by 20th nov, that s 25 days for a property available now, any other agency would take 5-7 days they take 4 times longer, they discriminate against non british people. There is absolutely no logic behind the way they acted. That s my story take what you please from it.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. Throughout, he was very accommodating, allowing access to my architects and tradespeople even prior to completion to allow me to make the necessary judgements for the renovation. I would highly recommend his services.

10th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)The best agency anyone could work with in London! I have been with Castlereagh Properties for the past two years and all I can say was perfect service. All the agents, especially Louise, are always on alert if you need anything as a tenant. They have helped me with the move in and move out documents and all the account openings I need to have. Additionally, the agency always supports any maintenance required within the apartment. Truly amazing service, they made my two years in London unforgettable and super comfortable!!

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them- This agent doesn't have any reviews
20th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)After my experience with the estate agents at Drivers and Norris, I'm currently settling into my new flat comfortably and reassured by the quality and professional experience I was provided with on the journey to get here! It was tough finding a good flat in the area near the best amenities with a good price, but after the hard work provided to me by the estate agents, in particular Demmy, I found the perfect property I was looking for! A 10/10 service, I couldn't ask for more, and I'll be sure to keep Drivers and Norris in mind for the future if need be!
