24th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.

27th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would give 0 stars as as a temporary accommodation tenant that just moved in a couple a days ago who is also heavily pregnant and has two young children 1 having asthma,moved into a property with broken bed dirty beds broken fridge freezer ,house has a rodent infestation and smells of urine triggering son asthma, a few days and no clean beds or furniture yet this is not acceptable and I plan to take this further
29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

13th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Save yourself from this agency.<br><br>They let me an uninhabitable property in Hayes, and I had to go through so much because of them (even had to file a complaint to the council). I ended up living at my friend's house, losing more than £1.1K GBP, and the mental toll it took on me for over a month is indescribable.<br><br>The guy Sheng just never replied to so many attempts of calls or messages (which wasn't the case prior to taking the property, which was made all pleasant during the viewing!)<br><br>They eventually made me cancel the council complaint too, by creating a condition that they will not let the property further until it was cancelled, thus costing me even more money than i already lost (mentioned above).<br><br>Wish I could give negative stars to this agency.
