28th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very rude and unprofessional owner. He shouted at me simply for looking at the property listings outside the agency. My wife and I are currently looking to buy a house or flat in Little Venice, so we were naturally looking at properties in the area.<br><br>He treated me as though he thought I was a criminal or that I was doing something wrong, which I found extremely rude and intimidating. The entire interaction was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

I gave them an apartment complete with everything to manage and it was returned to me empty. they also took away the television and the microwave oven, as well as the table and armchairs and various furnishings. the tragic thing is that I was told that this is how it is used in London. I think it's theft.

The whole team was great, but I especially want to mention Lee and Arzu – they were both so kind, genuine and professional throughout the process of finding a flat for me and my partner in East London. It made everything much less stressful knowing I was dealing with people I could really trust. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. The flat wasn’t professionally cleaned as told prior, no inventory and trying to get in touch to resolve an issue seems impossible as your just passed to one person then the other with no solution. Really disheartening

We have just handed our flat back after 4 years and from the first to the last interaction Vicky made things straightforward. The contractual process was easy and fair and any repair issues were always dealt with promptly. An easy recommendation.

Since listing our property in December, we have not had a single viewing in over six months, which raises serious concerns about the level of effort and marketing undertaken. We also requested reasonable support to explore separating the parking space from the apartment sale, in order to align pricing more closely with comparable properties (similar flats without parking are being treated the same by buyers). Despite this, and despite the contract indicating solicitor support, the request was refused. Overall, the service provided has been extremely limited - essentially a few photographs and an online listing - yet the full fee is still being retained. We have seen no evidence of active engagement or effective sales strategy. Would not recommend.
