Highlight all the positives about a property and the area but without being pushy - which has the exact opposite effect with me and makes me resist. Able to answer my queries regarding a leasehold and service charges (unlike another agent in the area who ignored all my e-mails). Exactly what you'd expect but very rarely get - a good estate agency.

All the staff at Wild & Griffiths were so helpful in keeping us informed along the way and pushing things forward when the same couldn’t be said for the solicitors. Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line.
