6th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I started off selling my property with Purplebricks and had a terrible experience (the worst customer service I've experienced in my life), I ended up in a position where I had found my dream house and was on the edge of losing it due to the incompetence of Purplebricks. However, Sharon Prestwood and the team at Cousins stepped in and they were fantastic. In less than a week they had my house back on the market and I had 3 solid offers the first day it was on the market. They did absolutely amazing, and I really cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have dealt with other estate agents in the past but the staff at Cowell Norford were by far the best. Communication was always there and updates were giving regularly. ????????????

Every member of the team was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. What really stood out was the family feel throughout the business. 11th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
