1st May 2026 (6 mo. ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.
23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I have not had a positive experience when dealing with Estate Agents before but working with Vickery has changed that. I have nothing but praise for the way they handled the sale of my house. They arranged a large number of viewings and sold the property very quickly. I opted for the package which included the solicitor fees which was a more cost effective option.<br>I especially appreciated being updated at every stage of the sale. I never felt I needed to chase for an update. I mainly dealt with Jordan and found him a pleasure to deal with.<br>Thank you Jordan for changing my opinion of Estate Agents. I can highly recommend Vickery and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)

25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.

Genuine care is taken to provide both parties with great service; with an emphasis on ensuring a property is in good upkeep, and that a tenant is happy in their home.<br><br>Lucie, as my property manager, has been organised, professional, and kind - proactively addressing any potential concerns, and offering a service that makes me feel valued as a tenant.<br>Thank you, Lucie!

Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others. For example explaining the background to adjoining land acquisition and the way in which this was outside of her remit.<br><br>In short Darcie represented her company with an easy going but knowledgeable style. She was never pushy and this added to her credibility, In our opinion she is an absolute credit to Fox and Sons Fordingbridge
