I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 4th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
1st May 2026 (20 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.

From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible.<br><br>My sale fell through twice due to issues further down the chain with my buyer's buyer, and just when we thought we were finally there, the solicitor made the whole process even more stressful. Throughout every setback, Vicky was a constant source of reassurance. Her communication was outstanding—I was always kept up to date, she was proactive, and she was always available to answer my questions.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she's also genuinely friendly, approachable and personable. You never feel like just another client—she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make what is a very stressful process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Without Vicky's determination, patience and support, I honestly don't think I would have made it through this journey with my sanity intact!
