9th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).
3rd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
25th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for. The first two buyers both made offers so l was able to compare and choose a buyers thanks once again yours K. Nineham.
5th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Brook Independent Letting Agents has been superb so far. Helped me and my partner achieve a move in date asap on a rental. Any concerns and or issues are sorted straight the way. Scott is very good as are the rest of his colleagues at this company. Can recommend

3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)A big thank you to Darren ????????????very efficient from the start. Had two viewings of the property we now rent. When viewing there was no pressure selling, no rushing, and answered all our questions fully and honestly. There were a few bits that needed doing, some done before we moved in and the rest whilst tenants, very happy with the results. When completing all relevant checks and paperwork this was as seamless as could be. Really good at communicating throughout. Thank you very much. We would highly recommend Clear Residential Lettings.

17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)James West, a Graduate, Commercial, Agency, Surveyor was the person we chose from the above Agency we chose from a list of commercial estate agents in Gosport, Fareham and Portsmouth. And are we delighted we did. Even James” collegue, Tom Holloway carried on with the clients while James was absent on annual holiday,m ttaking the buyers and their professional assistants for a viewing when some were not quite convinced about the previous viewing and this added attention to detail ended in them not being just keen, but achieving a completion dste with the Seller, an unbelieviably speedy result. And our lawyer too had presented all the last minute payments and had the final result of the stage ready to be paid straight into the bank. To let us know how successful the sale was, James has let us know that the Completion date was a merely 4 to 5 weeks and even more it was completed with over £15,000,00 over market value which in this market is very rare. This kind of summing up is exppressed in our use of the term ‘delighted’ and for which we reserve our grateful thanks to James for his lively approach to problem solving and endless constructive thinking which keeps the interest going towards completion. I am sure the village of |Alverstoke will welcome the new American and Engliish companies which includes a delicatessen and also apparently technical photographic equipment.

20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)First off, when viewing the property, we were told that we would have parking spaces on the drive, which was very important to us. After moving in, a neighbour informed us that the spaces did not actually belong to the property. The landlord later confirmed that due to planning permission, the spaces belonged to the neighbours and the agents should never have advertised them as ours. When moving out, we even returned the keys early. After the checkout, we found ourselves constantly chasing the estate agents regarding our deposit. We were told to contact the landlord directly, despite renting through the agents, not him. After 4 weeks, the landlord finally agreed to a deduction amount and informed the agents, but they still didn’t bother updating us by email, so once again we had to chase for information ourselves. It took 4 and a half weeks to finally receive our deposit back. I would not rent through this company again. Although you rent through them, they seem to want nothing to do with you afterwards. Emails were ignored, there was very little help provided, and we were given incorrect information simply to encourage us to rent through them.
15th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)The family would have loved to say that our first (and only!) time being landlords was a good experience. Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
