30th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)I recently sold my late mother's flat with Warren and Hiran at Dabid Charles Pinner. Whilst no conveyancing is seamless, they were always on hand to provide reassurance and sensible, measured advice. I was kept updated throughout, they liaised with the Solicitors and buyers and genuinely helped to effect the sale, particularly when there was poor communication between the parties and their respective solicitors. They also obtained a competitive price for the property with a reasonable commission. I would recommend their services and use them again myself.
28th May 2025 (16 days ago)Excellent estate agent to deal with. Akil put my property up for rent and got a tenant within 2 days and moved in within 2 weeks. Had a few things to be done in the property and his contacts are very fast. I would 100% recommend Phillip Shaw.

21st May 2025 (23 days ago)I was fortunate to speak with SH properties after purchasing a BTL. The team went above and beyond, taking a video of the property electrics out of hours (Stephen), assisting with the house clearance (Laura), and introducing contractors when the unexpected happened. This made a crazy process bearable and restored my faith in the industry. Sunny even revived my lease agreement to ensure we met the requirements after locating a management company suitable. I could honestly say I wouldn't have got this sorted without them, and would heartedly recommend SH properties. I would use them again without question, and trust their advice and resources at their disposal. For the next project they will be my first call , especially Stephen, for his experience and advice and guidance.

31st May 2025 (13 days ago)These people are trying to pull a scam in my area, we have a policy of no 'for sale, for rent' signs however they have placed one on a property I am director for. I have asked them to take it down because of this policy and because they don't have a flat to let on this site as they claim (I have checked their website). I would advise people to avoid a company with such shady and vexatious advertising practices
