6th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)Used Sunny from SH properties to sell a flat. They had 2 viewing in 6-7 weeks. In contrast I had 3 viewing in 1 week with another agent and 2 in the following. It shows you how bad their management is of the property. There was little feedback and I had go constantly chase on a weekly basis. I wouldn't get call backs. They don't advertise on Rightmove. Photographs were poor. It just wasn't very professional at all. It was not a good experience.

17th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)These people send out white envelope mail outs addressed to THE HOMEOWNER. AALL official and important looking. So you tear it open, worry in your heart and it's a "would you like a free valuation?" card. Last time, I called them and asked them to remove me from their marketing. They didn't. So I am returning it in person today. I won't use them, ever. TWO YEARS LATER.. THEY RESPOND TO SAY THEY WILL DEAL WITH IT PROMPTLY!!!!!! Now that's funny.
