I’ve always been in the safest hands when it comes to our properties and investments
29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Taylor promised everything under the sun but failed to deliver in any aspect they promised. Didn't manage to attract viewers which they said they could get multiple buyers to view. I definitely would not use again and when ending my contract they became slow and unresponsive

27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Mr Tony Bunce was helpful with his advice on selling my parents home. From the 6 Estate Agents I met with he was by the far the most knowegable regarding the market conditions in the Area. His assessment was good and we now look forward to completion of the Sale process.

12th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.

29th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

I have several properties and will not hesitate to have the services of zen homes in future. On this occasion Naveed and Ellie were the agents who worked endlessly during my absence ; whilst I was on holiday.
