20th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Both Kaush & Chris have been brilliant. We are nervous first time sellers, and could not decide which way to go over a local agency and a bigger one. We opted for Hobarts who were just really professional, and kept us informed about what was going on, even if that was not very much. Only 3 weeks later we got an offer on our flat, just before xmas, after a number of viewings. You can't ask for much more than that, with a great offer as well. Highly recommended by us.

14th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)Londonwide Estates have managed our property in W9 for well over fifteen years, and the experience has been consistently solid. The house has never been empty for more than 48 hours between tenants, which speaks for itself. The manager is always pleasant, always reachable, responds quickly, and handles matters in a straightforward, practical way. Such consistent high performance over so many years is hard to find, and we value the high standard they’ve maintained.

Stella Lange is totally professional, and responsive, and proactive, and fair, and pleasant to deal with at every level - and best of all, seems to have the knack of finding really good tenants! I am so glad that I signed up with them.

I decided to go with TGN after 4 months of getting nowhere with a certain High Street Agent, which was a great move as they found me a buyer within a few weeks! Really felt they understood the potential of my property and the type of buyer I needed. They were super hands-on, responsive, great can do attitude that got things done. I know who I will be calling first off next time!
