Laura has been nothing short of superb. As first-time buyers, she was on our side from start to finish, fighting our corner every step of the way. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and consistent, whether by phone or email. When solicitors make you feel like just another number and the stress of buying a home starts to mount, Laura is there to support you, keep you informed, and help ease the pressure. She genuinely made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. I cannot recommend Laura and the rest of the team highly enough. From start to finish, he made the sale of my home feel as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout. He always returned my calls, kept me updated, and was proactive in getting things moving whenever something needed sorting. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
