   Used Dean Bickley for our mortgage and would recommend him 100%. We didn't use bairstow eves. Dean helped with every step of the process, and explained terms to us in the process which, as first time buyers, we didn't understand. Would definietly go through Dean again if needed.... Read more

My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant.
