1st Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with efficiency and care. I was pleased with the service I received from Alex, Aaron and Anna throughout. 19th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)SAME REVIEW AS PREVIOUS USERS. STAFF ARE RUDE, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Suggest to avoid buying properties/ renting via this agent if you are landlord/ tenant. Unpleasant experience.

29th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Instructed them to value a plot of land to move to a pension. They'd valued it for the bank a few years previously. When the chap showed up, he said he couldn't value it the normal way as he had nothing to compare it to, so suggested he estimate costs to build an office on it, then deduct the costs. His calculation came out negative. I told him to find me any land that I could be paid to own! He then guessed a value around 30% of the price he'd valued it at 5 years previously. Nothing had changed except gaining planning permission. Absolutely no use to us, completely incorrect value & it took them months to get to that point. Basically oxygen thieves.

She went out of her way to help me even though it was outside of the normal scope of their service. She was responsive, friendly and professional throughout. It is rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about helping their clients and I could not recommend Revive Property highly enough. Will definitely be working with them again. Thank you Nikki!

14th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
