However, the service is very dependent on the Property Manager assigned to manage the property we rent.<br>I am delighted to recognize Madeleine Turns as an excellent property manager. Always professional, dedicated, prompt and very responsive and empathetic to our needs and challenges.<br>Since she has taken over, we have been over the moon with the service we receive and are very happy engaging with her.<br>Well done Hamptons for hiring an excellent Property Manager! Please ensure you nurture and look after her as she certainly does you proud. 26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

Never had to contact them to chase, never known an agent like it tbh. Would definitely recommend them time and time again. He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.
