From the initial valuation and preparation of the listing through to managing viewings and guiding us through the post-sale process, the team was professional, responsive, and supportive at every stage.<br><br>A special mention goes to JB, who worked tirelessly to secure the sale and consistently followed up with agents, solicitors, and the buyer to help ensure a smooth and timely completion.<br><br>We’ve been so impressed with the experience that we have confidently recommended Hamptons to other prospective sellers in Windsor.<br><br>Thank you!- 13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I’m writing this on behalf of a friend to share a really disappointing and concerning experience with Knight Frank regarding a rental property in Bracknell/Lyndhurst. The property was originally listed at £3,000 pcm. My friend offered the full asking price but was told the landlord wanted to wait as it had just come on the market. Fair enough. Two months later, the price dropped to £2,800, and she again offered the asking price. At that point, she was asked to provide very personal financial information, including bank statements. Despite complying (with sensitive details redacted), the offer was rejected — with no explanation given. When she asked for feedback, the agent simply didn’t respond. Since then, the monthly rent has reduced further to £2,650. What’s more concerning is that when someone else viewed the property presenting as a “family unit,” they were strongly encouraged to make an offer. This raises serious questions about fairness and transparency in how applicants are being treated. Please note that they did not do any credit checks, and my friend is my boss and earns significantly more than I do. Also her children are in boarding school. So she can afford the rent. No one expects to be guaranteed a property, but basic professionalism, communication, and honesty should be the minimum standard. Ignoring applicants after requesting sensitive personal data is unacceptable. This experience felt dismissive, opaque, and potentially discriminatory. At the very least, applicants deserve clear communication and respect throughout the process. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

5th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)My wife and I had the pleasure of engaging Sam Tomlinson as our selling agent for our property in Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Before we engaged Sam, we had sought out many other realtors in the area - even some of the big national brands. Unfortunately, the majority of them were unprofessional & tardy and there were some even to point of non responsiveness and or over commitments that simply were not attainable. From the time we first engaged Sam right until to the point when we closed the sale of the house, Sam exemplified expertise and professionalism to the core. The entire selling process went so smoothly despite Sam being in Maidenhead in the UK, and my wife and I were between California and Dubai. All our meetings were professional and highly productive albeit they being virtual. Sam was extremely courteous, highly responsive and very knowledgeable and advised us every step of the way. Despite Sam having to be away for a week, all matters pertaining to the sale was handled by another colleague without any disruption to the selling process. Sam’s professional advise on the indicative selling price, to his recommendations for re painting our house to fixing the electrical fixtures all led to a quick sale of our property at our expected selling price. We sold the house within less than a month of open viewings and closed the transaction within 2 months. The amazing this was this was all accomplished in an era where house prices were dropping and interest rates skyrocketing. Therefore it gives me great pleasure in recommending Sam Tomlinson and the good folks at Braxton for any real estate services in Maidenhead. Braxtons and Sam has my utmost confidence!

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. Originally dealt with Charlotte who is always on the ball, willing to help and relatable, and then the remainder of the move was with Lenny. What we loved about Lenny was there was no rubbish, it was honesty and that is exactly what we needed, just clear answers of what is happening and real time schedules. Lenny always replied to my e-mails, even if he didn't have the answer he acknowledged my e-mails to say he is chasing his side. Amazed how Lenny remains calm in such a pressured environment - so bravo! It has been a stressful 7 months, but pleased we are now over the line and will recommend Keegan White to anyone I know wishing to move. Thank you Lenny and Team :)

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
