21st Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Communication is woeful. As soon as the contract was signed we heard nothing more other than a few viewings. We were expecting some information as the weeks went on like RightMove metrics, enquiry numbers - nothing. We emailed asking - nothing. We emailed and complained (following their out of date complaints procedure) - nothing. We have resorted to contacting the ombudsman now.<br><br>Steer clear.

We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

They worked hard to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout. Moving house can be stressful so it's important to be in good hands and we certainly felt like we were. There have been ongoing delays in responses, a lack of clear updates, and instances where follow-up was required multiple times. This has caused unnecessary frustration and made the process more difficult than it should be. 9th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous.<br>To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
