From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Ellie Glass was my primary contact although everyone in the office was involved in some way or other.<br>The sale proved to be very difficult and protracted with many obstacles.<br>Throughout the sale Ellie was constantly in touch with calls or emails and worked exceptionally hard with the chain to help the sale along. I’m pretty sure that if not for the efforts of Ellie, Sam and the team I would still be waiting to move.<br>Thank you all very much.- 4th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)The team at Allen & Harris in Corsham are professional and friendly.<br>Kate, Hannah & Sienna make a brilliant and supportive team. Jakob has given great finanicial advice and is always willing to discuss options and scenarios.<br>Sienna is looking after the sale of our house and is friendly, professional, knowledgable and very consciencious, keeping us well informed and up to date. We have been particularly impressed with her approach and would strongly reccomend the whole team at Corsham.

28th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

2nd Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Purchased our house 6 years ago from them and then decided that sell through them at the beginning of the year and it was the best this we did. Weekly updates and helped push the sale towards the end keeping in contact with the solicitor. Compared to other companies in the area Grayson Florence go above and beyond. We went from putting our house on the market to being in our new house in just under 4 months.

21st Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Kingstons sold our house, completing in August 2026, having initially marketed the property in March.<br><br>Callum was a pleasure to deal with during the initial valuation, and was very happy to answer all of my questions. The photos subsequently taken & the video produced - including aerial drone footage - were outstanding & the presentation of the property was fantastic.<br><br>Viewings were handled professionally, and communications around viewings & offers were clear & easy. The house sold within two working days. Kingstons were also able to recommend a local solicitor, who was wonderful through the whole process.<br><br>The whole team, but Chloe in particular, were amazing during the final weeks before exchange when things became more complicated due to some issues with our buyers' solicitor. Their dedication in always being there to answer our questions and liaise with our buyers was hugely appreciated. Without Kingstons' professionalism there's every chance our chain would have broken.<br><br>Huge thanks to Chloe, Callum, Izzy & everyone we dealt with during our sale. We've left the area, so unfortunately won't be able to use them for future moves, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

9th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Promised regular updates from dedicated person but had 4 calls in 6 months from a different person each time! When i got so frustrated with there lack of interest i decided to cancel i emailed them and the only response i got was “there is a button on your account to cancel your listing” No Customer service and no care at all. 6 months wasted and i would never use again and will now go with a traditional estate agent.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Public Review – Strakers Trowbridge / Pickers Palmers Farm<br><br>I wish to record my extremely disappointing and shocking experience with Strakers Trowbridge regarding a property at Pickers Palmers Farm, Capps Lane, Heywood.<br><br>I live in Kent and am in the process of moving to the area. As I was unable to attend an initial viewing myself, I asked my sister to view the property on my behalf. Following her viewing, I decided to make an offer.<br><br>On Friday 7 August 2026, I offered the full asking price. I heard nothing back and, after chasing Strakers on Monday 10 August, I was advised by Chris that my offer was acceptable. I was also advised that I should perhaps travel to Wiltshire myself to view the property.<br><br>Taking this advice seriously, I travelled more than 250 miles to attend the viewing.<br><br>When we arrived, the developer met us and showed us around the property. However, during the visit it became apparent that the property I had made the offer on had already been sold. Instead, the developer was attempting to sell us another property.<br><br>What is particularly upsetting is that neither the developer nor the Strakers representative who was present made this clear to me before I travelled such a considerable distance. The Strakers representative was there and appeared to be fully aware of the situation.<br><br>I find the lack of transparency and communication extremely disappointing. If the property had already been sold, why was I not told before travelling over 250 miles? Why was I left believing that my offer was acceptable when, apparently, the property was no longer available?<br><br>I feel that my time, money and genuine interest in the property were not respected. The entire experience has left me feeling extremely let down and misled.<br><br>I would strongly question the level of communication and transparency demonstrated by both Strakers Trowbridge and the developer in this situation. This was an incredibly frustrating and unnecessary experience, and one I would not expect from a professional estate agent.<br><br>Absolutely shocking treatment from both Strakers and the developer and doesn't even deserve the 1 star, shame on you!
