22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m in the second property rented from Regency and can’t state enough how great they have been. They react immediately to any issue (I.e. when my oven stopped working it was replaced within 48 hours).<br><br>All boiler services and safety checks are carried out and certificates issued every year on schedule. The gas boiler is serviced annually as well.<br><br>As landlords, I would highly recommend Regency.
7th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)They don’t answer the phone,If I was the buyer I’d be pulling my hair out . They value at prices which aren’t achievable to get the property on there books. This was the worst experience in selling a house I’ve had and I’m not a novice

Only negative taken far to long to update sale sign to sold, taken 3 weeks and 5 phone calls.- 14th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I gave one star rating as that is fair.<br>When they valued the house they said they had a list of people waiting to move into the area.<br>The first viewers they sent wanted an annexe, which we did not have.<br>The second viewer wanted the house and ended up buying it.<br>Then they sent a photographer to take pictures and put the house on the internet.<br>The pictures were very poor and did not do the house justice, even the people who bought it said that had they seen the pictures first they wouldn't have bothered viewing. Despite telling them they were poor and there was no picture of the 4th bedroom they didn't change them.<br>There was very little communication from them and once the price was agreed we never heard from them again, they never checked on progress etc. For this poor service the cost was £6000.00p.<br>Think twice, I would not recommend them.<br>They claim that I am not a customer of that branch that is totally untrue.<br>They offered £165.00 for the poor service, but charged £6000.00 for that poor service.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to look around without ever making us feel rushed or under pressure. She answered all of our questions honestly and professionally, making the whole process feel straightforward and enjoyable.<br><br>Michelle's approach gave us the confidence to submit an offer, and we really appreciated her excellent communication throughout. We were moving 150 miles with an elderly relative, so it was a bit nerve wracking but Kathy's calmness and knowledge of what to do really helped us. From first viewing to getting the keys, we could not have asked for more. Thank you!

7th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)From putting my property on the market and seeing it through to the sale, the staff were nothing but knowledgable, polite and all replies were dealt with in a very fast and timely manner. I would like to thank Beverly for all her help and patience. No matter how many times I emailed or phoned, Beverly was professional and dealt with all my queries and I received answers back from solicitors ect. within minutes of my emails. Beverly went above and beyond, even on the completion date and no matter how much I was stressed, Beverly was there every step of the way and even offered to stay behind after closing time so I could hand my keys in for the purchaser of my property to obtain. I would thoroughly recommend this company and if in the near future I need an estate agents again there would be no other answer than Redman and Casey.
