Homes has an amazing team whose members genuinely care about every customer, regardless of the size of their requirements. I have personally worked in the real estate sector, including Build to Rent, for over 12 years, and I can confidently give DM & Co. Homes 5+ stars. Highly recommended!

Guiding me every step of the way and answered any questions I had or if I had any difficulties she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond with the move ensuring everything was perfect for when I moved in. I am very grateful for her help and the smoothness of which this happened I am very happy with it all from Martin and co but Leigh ecspecially, thankyou!!!

26th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently sold a maisonette in Damsonwood. First time I have used Ruxton to sell a property. I was very pleased with their service. They communicated well and they were particularly good chasing the conveyancing.
3rd Sep 2026 (24 days ago)A property was listed for rent on the morning of Tuesday 01/09/2026.<br><br>We rang the same morning as soon as senate opened to book a viewing and was told that we were the first to enquire and they would be in touch tomorrow (02/09/2026) as they had only just listed it and that the lady who will be managing the viewings for it is off today.<br><br>Didn’t receive any calls or anything the next day (02/09/2026) as advised, so following day decided to call on the morning (03/09/2026) and said to them we havent been contacted.<br><br>Different lady answered from the initial call, assume this is the lady who is managing the viewings, told us it was fully booked out for viewings and that it was tough luck. She had a terrible attitude towards us on the phone about it too, as though we were making it up!<br><br>Crazy! Absolutely disgusting! We were first in on that listing. We think it’s because we told them we have a young child on the initial call. They can’t discriminate so they accidentally forget you. Don’t use this company, will be looking into further options of complaint with official bodies with how this was handled also.<br><br>Addition to this review -<br><br>What’s even funnier now is that this property is today 03/09/2026 showing as let agreed now.<br><br>Though the supposed viewings that were fully booked are supposed to take place on Saturday 05/09/2026.<br><br>So how is let agreed? How have the relevant checks been made with the tenants of whom it is agreed with in less than one day from listing, and without even doing a viewing yet either?<br><br>Screenshots and timestamps all taken, can’t wait to to take these questionable practices to the ombudsman.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

She is an absolute credit to the team.<br><br>Bethany is an amazing listener, caring, attentive, and really shows that she has taken the time to listen.<br><br>Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care really stood out to me. It is clear that she takes pride in what she does. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bethany to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely puts their clients first.<br><br>After dealing with her, I was so impressed that I did question whether she could be flawless in every way, that's until she shared her taste in music with me. I then realised that no one is perfect ??????

25th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. The management did not deliver on anything they promised when they took on my property. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)??????????<br><br>We’ve had a really positive experience with Tom Smallwood at Oakmans from the initial valuation right through to getting both of our properties on the market.<br><br>Tom has been friendly, professional and really easy to deal with throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to what we wanted and never made us feel pressured. We were particularly impressed with how quickly everything was organised and how well the properties were presented once they went live.<br><br>There were a few small tweaks we wanted making to the listings after launch, but Tom was approachable and helpful in getting these sorted for us.<br><br>Selling two properties at the same time felt quite daunting at the beginning, but Tom has made the process feel straightforward so far. We’re really pleased we chose Oakmans and would happily recommend Tom to anyone thinking of selling.

However, they put me in touch with their mortgage broker, Ricky Parmar, to help with my mortgage application, particularly as my credit history wasn’t perfect.<br><br>From the outset, I found Ricky to be extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. He talked me through the whole application process, found a specialist lender suitable for my circumstances, and helped me navigate the numerous queries that came back from the underwriters.<br><br>There were several points along the way when I worried that something might throw a spanner in the works, but Ricky was always reassuring and helped put my mind at ease. Whenever I emailed him with a question or concern, he responded very quickly and kept me informed throughout.<br><br>I’m delighted to say that I now have my formal mortgage offer, and I’m extremely grateful for Ricky’s help in getting me to this point.<br><br>I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone looking for a mortgage, particularly if your circumstances aren’t completely straightforward and you need someone knowledgeable and supportive to guide you through the process.
