Providing viewings right from the start and selling the property within a month. I was contacted right the way through the process, both in a friendly and professional manner. They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)

24th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely horrendous experience. No for sale board outside for 8 weeks (apparently they forgot) No virtual tour (why would they do that when the house is empty) Um... to help sell my house!! Not informed of feedback. They tried to terminate my contract with them saying I wasn't happy with their service just because I questioned why the above things haven't been carried out as part of the service they offered. They had me literally in tears the way the spoke to me, I've never been spoken to like this in my life! After being in Absolute tears they said they would "keep me on"!! I'm glad to say, I moved swiftly over to Clee who were absolutely amazing, kept me fully informed, kind, caring and sold my house within weeks! Well done Clee

3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have been living next door to one of their rental houses and their fence has been majorly broken for over a year and hanging into my garden,they say they cannot find anyone to fix it ? I have spoken to your team on many occasions by phone and email. The last person i spoke to was Gregory Williams. Another month, fence still down, will it ever get fixed ?

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
