Good at getting viewings but forgot who the customer was afterwards. Seemed to be working more for the buyer than us. We weren’t very impressed. They contacted us frequently with questions from the buyer which should have been directed to our solicitor. Phoned midday one day saying buyer wanted to complete that day and we had to remove everything from the house! Our solicitor had heard nothing from buyer’s solicitor. We were waiting for them! It caused a lot of stress.
Rented a property off the company, and had fantastic service - found the people in the office kind and considerate to my needs and was always willing to help.
Do not rent a property from this agency!!
From moving into the property there were problems we the heating and hot water which resulted in mould throughout the house. When informing the agency of this multiple times the landlord was finally contacted, when the landlord arrived he said he had only been informed that day.
Further problem persisted and nothing was done until we threatened contacting the council about the poor conditions we were living in. Long story short, we directly contacted the landlord from then onwards in order to get our problems sorted.
The agency didn't seem to be interested in anything that didn't involve them receiving money from us.
When they did house inspections they only inspected communal areas and would moan about the smallest amount of mess. This could be as petty as a couple pizza boxes in a pile the day before bin day.
A couple times they also turned up without informing us, which is a clear breach of our contract.
The worst thing occurred when we had vacated the property at the end of our occupacy. When personally contacting the water company regarding our vacancy, they informed me that they had received correspondence from the agency informing them that we were the tenants for a further year. When challenged the agency proceeded to lie to me.
