Extremely Disappointed with Ongoing Issues and Unprofessional Conduct
We have repeatedly raised concerns—both in person and online—and are consistently told, "We will let you know." Yet, we are rarely, if ever, followed up with.
We requested that our buzzer be repaired nearly five months ago, and to date, it remains broken. Our heater took months to fix. When I moved in, there was no hot water, no heating, no functioning Wi-Fi, and the oven did not work. It took weeks for them to establish working internet. Despite the contract being "bills included," I even offered to pay extra to secure functional Wi-Fi, but this was refused. I was later told the infrastructure of the building prevented it—something I understand is beyond the company’s direct control. However, the time it took to offer even a basic solution was unacceptable.
While a few staff members have been kind, most interactions have felt dismissive and impersonal. Several of my friends who lease through this company report similar experiences, particularly when it comes to unresolved maintenance issues and delays. I will be reaching out for them to leave their reviews as well.
If I were not contractually bound, this would absolutely not be a company I would choose to remain with. The consistent lack of follow-through and accountability is deeply unprofessional.
After submitting a previous review, I was quickly contacted—not to resolve the concerns—but to ask me to “review my comments” and “consider the positives of my current contract.” The response failed to acknowledge many of the specific and ongoing problems outlined.
This pattern of disregarding tenant concerns until a public complaint is made—and even then, not in a constructive way—is incredibly disappointing.... Read more
