28th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I rented a property through these agents on a Management service to the hideous landlord who gained access into the property without my written permission and authorisation being a paying tenant. Their office is full of women who are two-faced and talk about members of the public behind their back.
30th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Unfortunately despite two firm offers, both buyers pulled out. Nothing to do with the agents, but I feel they could have nutured them more. Otherwise all fine, reasonable charges, good attended viewings etc. Ideal if you have lots of acres, which I don't.

14th Jun 2020 (3 years ago)Only open until around 1pm on a Saturday which I would say is a big downfall. After each viewing we would receive very similar feedback each time and didn’t manage to sell the property even after all the months we were with them. Sold with another company after only a few days.

16th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I removed my house to another agent after the agreed period because Taylors were awful. They overpriced the house to begin with which resulted in no viewings whatsoever (365,000) I was told they would come and put a board up in the front garden but never happened. The photos that were taken of my property were done on a mobile phone which were poor with no lighting and no use of a drone which had been spoken about previously. I had no communication until just before Christmas when they phoned and asked if I would agree to put my house in the Boxing Day sale at a reduced price of £350,000 to which I agreed to. Still no viewings and no communication until just before the end of the agreed date they called and asked if they could show a couple around which they did. A few days later I emailed them to get feedback on the viewing and changed agents. I would definitely not recommend Taylors.

(22 reviews)6th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Update following owners response. If they had actually checked the surname, they would have found a local property being rented. I never said there was one in my name specifically. Try searching for a property with constant leaks, no hot water and now a chimney that's about to fall off and kill someone. So, maybe sort your properties out, rather than trying to dismiss a genuine review on Google. *If you rent a home from them, make sure they don't manage it! Wow, beyond a joke. They NEVER sort anything that is important or answer questions. Wish we never used.*
