After providing all the requested info, including bank statements showing 3 months income over 100k and mortgage statements etc etc only to be told that the landlord had chosen someone else. Shocking process causing untold stress ……. avoid avoid avoid

From the outset, the team were knowledgeable, communicative, and realistic in their guidance.<br><br>A particular mention must go to Andrew Cuckill, who was genuinely outstanding throughout. Andrew handled every stage with complete professionalism keeping me informed, managing expectations, and ensuring I felt confident at every step of what can be a daunting process. His expertise in the auction process was evident and his personal approach made a real difference.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Aubrey Lee to anyone considering selling at auction. Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. 26th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)As a landlord I would say you should avoid dealing with Taylor Jackson. They were dire at best. Totally incompetent as letting agents. Problems we had: The tenants rent was agreed but he never paid the full amount. They falsified a Tenancy agreement, we only found this out when we sold the property. They did not inspect the property. They held onto money the tenant did pay, we only found out by accident that the Tenant had paid, I am fairly sure had we not found out they would never have paid and their accounting system is dreadful. They had work carried out for us and we did not get any invoices just a charge. The tenant owed 18 months rent in the end so we sold the property. Good riddance Taylor Jackson!

I made an appointment with Cheshire Property, Alex arrived at the time arranged and has kept in regular touch since.

He sold our house in 8 days!<br><br>From the initial property valuation right through to completion, Xavier was excellent. His knowledge of the Knutsford and Cheshire property market was clear from the start, and his advice on pricing, marketing and negotiating the sale proved to be spot on.<br><br>What particularly stood out was the communication. Selling a house can be stressful, but he was proactive, responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He handled viewings and negotiations professionally, gave straightforward advice when decisions needed to be made, and worked hard to keep the sale progressing through to completion.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent in Knutsford, Hale, Altrincham, Alderley Edge, Cheshire to sell your house, I would absolutely recommend Acobas and Xavier. A knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly professional estate agent who delivered a great result for us.<br><br>Five stars and thoroughly recommended.
