Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, we found our forever home without any stress. The entire process took just six weeks, from our initial viewing to completion, which was incredible! Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was accessing the house before the exchange or addressing any concerns, there was always someone available to help. Jackie was an absolute delight to work with; she was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!

28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Both Caron at the office and Charlie (who showed us round the property) have been wonderful in their approach. Highlight all the positives about a property and the area but without being pushy - which has the exact opposite effect with me and makes me resist. Able to answer my queries regarding a leasehold and service charges (unlike another agent in the area who ignored all my e-mails). Exactly what you'd expect but very rarely get - a good estate agency.

14th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Inefficient and unprofessional. As a landlord I was not provided with any documentation or invoices for the last two years that they managed my properties. I reviewed them in 2017 when the service they offered was good following the deterioration of service, which commenced in 2020, I have requested numerous times that they remove that review as it is no longer true. To date they have refused to do so hence necessitating this review. An example of their unprofessionalism. When I removed my properties from the agency I had to repeatedly request the return of the keys for those houses. Such is the small mindedness of the director, the keys were returned in one envelope with all identifying tags and anything holding the keys together removed. A large number of keys jumbled together. Avoid at all costs.

Our sale was far from an easy one because of complications with other parties involved, but Oliver did everything he possibly could to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he was always there to help whenever we needed him. We’re really grateful for all the hard work he put in. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christie King Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They are by far the best estate agents on the Fylde Coast. Thanks again Oliver for everything, we really appreciate it.

They have managed the major upgrade, which has not been easy with an old cottage, pulling all the trades together for the new phase as a holiday let. Special thanks go to Sue and Felicity for all their incredible hard work, parcel pick up and so much more! We look forward to working with Amy at Dales and Lakes Getaways, visiting Sedbergh again ourselves, popping in to Cobble to catch up! Lovely friendly people in a beautiful little town. Thank you.

They handled a very difficult sale for us and went above and beyond at every stage — from chasing down company directors for restriction paperwork to pushing Land Registry to resolve issues. Brigitta and Josh are a small but incredibly effective team: professional, polite, and proactive throughout. Their marketing was as good as the big agencies at a fraction of the cost. Excellent value and excellent service — highly recommended. ?????

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
