John and Hannah have always been extremely helpful and helped us steer the selling and buying course which can be a rocky journey. I would highly recommend using them if you can.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We were originally with another estate agent but soon changed to William H Brown and how glad we did! The staff at Cromer were amazing, they dealt with my questions with so much patience and understanding. They even answered the phone when I’m sure they’d have preferred not to! ???? Thank you so much to the amazing team lead by a great manager. Probably the best estate agent in Norfolk!

Acorn from the start gave us a realistic valuation on our house and guided us all the way through to completion. The team were super helpful and responded back straight away on any question/queries. 1st May 2024 (17 days ago)We recently sold our house with Homeworks through recommendations from many other people. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Every single member of the team have been fantastic throughout. They were thorough, understanding of our circumstances, caring, on the ball, more than helpful with recommending electricians for checks etc. What we felt would be an incredibly difficult time, was made all the easier by the team…it was seamless and all sold without hiccups. They were thoughtful, polite always and updated us the whole way through with news and deadlines etc. Honestly can’t thank the team enough for all they have done for us and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

The nominated contact to deal with aspects once I had a buyer was very welcome. This has proved invaluable to maintain contact.

29th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)James came to value my mum’s property after her death. He was really nice and understanding that I needed a valuation for probate. He said he would email me a quote that night. After waiting for 3 days I rang. Wasn’t able to speak to James but the message I was given was that I would have it my midday. As I didn’t receive an email I popped into the Hellesdon office to check he had the right email address. The staff in there said they work until 7pm that night and ask him to send if after he got back from another valuation. Still not received valuation after another 2 days. Sent him 2 emails, 1 so he had my email address and the other to ask to call me if there were any problems. No response. I really find this so unprofessional, especially as I was honest with him when I booked the appointment for a probate valuation. If he can’t be bothered as the property isn’t ready to be sold. I would rather he tell me not ignore me. It is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional people.

Since my first enquiry, Callum has been exceptionally helpfull going through each process until the property was secured, and continues to be just an email away in the event of any issues. My experience with Lawsons Estate Agents has been nothing but positive and I am truly grateful for everything they done for me.

Very pleased with the service following the first appointment to provide a valuation and then throughout the journey to secure a buyer. The app which provides insight on booked appointments and feedback was incredibly useful and allowed me to understand the views or prospective buyers swiftly post viewing. Delighted to have received multiple offers above asking price and the support from the post sales team (Charly) was spot on. Delighted to complete today and would recommend the Costessey office for others looking to sell.
