7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

He’s extremely likeable & has fantastic knowledge about house prices and sales in the area. All through the process we received great communication and all the office staff I spoke with were most helpful. I had the most contact with Toby & Tyler on this sale who were very professional and informative with feedback. If you are looking at selling your home I’d recommend you give this team a try. 17th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Never pick up the phone or update their listings. Tried to claim they had sold something that had been sold by another estate agents in town. Questionable level of hygiene in office. Black Mold across windowsills where they talk to clients. Honestly wouldn't trust them to sell me a fish let alone a house! If you read through their reviews, you'll discover that this seems to be a fairly consistent experience in their sales department.
