7th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

Will who at the time worked for the Wymondham brand was polite, informative & even went as far as making a spreadsheet for all the properties in the chain so whenever there was a query Will knew how far the sale & purchase had got. I’m sure Will is going to be a great asset to the Thetford branch but will be missed in Wymondham.

They kept us informed and their communications have been second to none, I would totally recommend them. Should we ever move again we wouldn't hesitate to use the Reepham office no matter where we moved to. Thank you so much for your help you made a very stressful time much easier

Everything has happened at a fast pace, and any questions or doubts I may have had have been completely put to rest. I'd like to give a huge thanks to Abbots (and Mackenzie in particular) for the amazing service, and for the genuine care and effort put into helping me move into my first home.

Whilst it quickly became clear the property was going to require too much work and was a bit small for us, we really enjoyed speaking with Darren who showed us around. A really lovely guy who was helpful in us thinking about our next steps in house hunting. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this estate agent based on our experience today.
