30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in London for 5 years, in 4 different flats for the first 3, and in a flat managed by Proprium for the last 2. One might think that whoever manages your accommodation does not really matter — if so, think again. The first 4 agents I have dealt with have been very difficult and unaccommodating; let’s not get into specifics. Proprium on the other hand have been so helpful as soon as any issue has arisen, and it is a pleasure meeting them all in the staircase every day. Not sure if related to Proprium in any way, but it is as if everyone in the building are friends or part of a little community — never have I ever seen such a nice neighbour situation in London. Should I ever be unfortunate enough to have to move from the current flat, I would specifically call Proprium to see if they have anything available, before even checking Rightmove / Zoopla.

16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.

19th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
20th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.
6th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service. They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!
