Flat was sold in the first few days!<br><br>Richard was highly professional and was incredibly helpful to cater for my needs and timelines. The photography and marketing materials were to an exceptional standard.<br><br>Libby has been amazing throughout the whole process with her updates and fast communication. Incredibly helpful, quick and efficient.<br><br>100% recommend.

We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

17th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.

He was always on top of things, chasing up solicitors and making sure everything ran smoothly. Brian was a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional and so helpful. From the very beginning, Lorraine and nick and the whole team were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful process.<br><br>As first-time buyers and both being self-employed, there were definitely challenges along the way, but Lorraine always kept us updated, answered our questions, and was so reassuring whenever we needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Today we finally got the keys to our first home, and we’re so grateful for all the hard work, patience, and kindness shown to us throughout. He was very welcoming and friendly gave us all the information we need and took time to answer any questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The process was really smooth and easy and he even called to congratulate me for the offer being accepted.
