14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I gave one star rating as that is fair.<br>When they valued the house they said they had a list of people waiting to move into the area.<br>The first viewers they sent wanted an annexe, which we did not have.<br>The second viewer wanted the house and ended up buying it.<br>Then they sent a photographer to take pictures and put the house on the internet.<br>The pictures were very poor and did not do the house justice, even the people who bought it said that had they seen the pictures first they wouldn't have bothered viewing. Despite telling them they were poor and there was no picture of the 4th bedroom they didn't change them.<br>There was very little communication from them and once the price was agreed we never heard from them again, they never checked on progress etc. For this poor service the cost was £6000.00p.<br>Think twice, I would not recommend them.<br>They claim that I am not a customer of that branch that is totally untrue.<br>They offered £165.00 for the poor service, but charged £6000.00 for that poor service.

2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

Darryl came to value my property and advertised it for me with an amazing write up and photos, including a drone picture and a video. He was so helpful all the way through from start to finish. They acheived the best price for me and I had no end of viewings.<br>100% recommend

They took my AML check fees and kept me waiting for two months, only to tell me that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property.<br><br>The whole process was a complete waste of my time and money. Communication was poor throughout, and I was left chasing for updates instead of being kept informed.<br><br>My experience with the agent, Paige, at the 16 Packers Street was especially disappointing. The level of service and professionalism fell far below my expectations.<br><br>I would not recommend this estate agency based on my experience.

23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I have just sold a property and could not of done it without the help and support from everybody at Stone Cross Estate Agents.<br>From putting the property on to the market until completion everything went smoothly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with everyone who communicated and updated regularly and nothing was enough trouble when anything needed attention. From the start of my sale the pictures of the property were good , and the arranging of viewings was organised and professional .<br>A massive thank you to Andrea, she was an absolute superstar with the progression of the sale and confirming all minor details with the buyer and assisting with communication between solicitors. Andrea you definitely helped to keep it as stress free as possible, I am very grateful for your time and help.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Stone Cross Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a property.<br>Thank you!!

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! 23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

Zoe saw this sale through from start to end, so thank you so much Zoe. But all the rest of the staff have been great. Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
