6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Not helpful. Didn't want to show around the property. We put an offer to the estate agent and he refused to phone owner till mid week as he said he was busy.??? Very unprofessional and won't ever deal with. How anyone can say professional is beside me.!
13th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)I had the misfortune of having a house fire 15 months ago but the fortune that a neighbour recommended Martin&Co who had the perfect house for myself & & family to move into, I had never rented before but dealing with Martin & Co was an absolute pleasure very relaxed, professional & you couldn’t deal with a nicer couple so I would highly recommend this company I would of posted this awhile back but I had issues with my Google account

He went over and above and is so easy to speak to. If we are ever thinking of I wouldn’t go with anyone else. 17th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)In times like this when renting a property is literally a nightmare, when agencies don't even bother to reply or answer the phone because they've got too many clients anyway, contacting Jemma from the agency was like seeing a light on the end of the tunnel or better to say an angel who finally woke you up from nightmares and gave a hope. So busy and under huge pressure, she always find time to answer your emails or call you back, she is an absolute jewel! Like my friend said and I absolutely agree, we just won a lottery with them! Edit: We lived(rented) in the house where many flats are managed by the agency and than you can get the clue why some people here are giving 1 star. I read those reviews and witnessed on my own eyes people from next door not paying bills, electricity cuts, bringing and leaving rubbish around the house and complaining that this government is not doing enough for them and they just want to live on benefits and agency suppose to give them accommodation for free??? It really makes me angry reading and seeing things like that, because if you are on benefits doesn't matter the reason why, you must understand that not even one agency will consider you in front of working people, simple as that, because you don't understand that you are risk for the people who work there, they are working for salary and they want to be payed for work they are doing, for service they are providing and you are expecting them to risk their work and life because of people who eventually might not pay the rent anymore??? Are you willing to work for someone who eventually will not pay you ? I know the answer on this one, because I'm not! I left the flat how I found it when my contract expired. We maintained it as it is our own property because we are living in it and we respect someone who owns it (same as you would expect if you give your car to someone, to fill it up, keep it clean and intact, no difference), and we got our whole deposit back on the same day our contract ended. So, don't believe some reviews here, it is not even worth it to read, because like I said, I witnessed the story behind that and how they left the property after they've got finally evicted (it was a relief for all of us in the building). Agency couldn't even place the property back to market, it was a nightmare. So they lost all that money for the rent, deposit is not going to be enough to bring it back for living condition and tell me, how people who work in the agency suppose to live? On benefits too? Sorry for my long rewiev, but someone independent needs to say the truth behind those 1 star reviews and according to this, I would just suggest the agency, "don't even bother with cases like this, because not even one agency does", but I know that you have more human approach like I said and that's why you are trying to help people even if they think that paying 6 month in front is a rip off, they don't really understand in what risk you are really placing yourself. BTW, we left the agency because our friends who left the country, gave us their property to live in, otherwise we wouldn't move from there, no chance. The best agency we experienced, honestly! Recommend!!!
29th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We had absolute excellent experience at homechoice, Goodmayes. They were extremely supportive and happy to help. We rented for 7 years and stress free. Dee and Dal are very professional, transparent and responsive. Fixed any issues within the property so we could have a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend them to our friends and family.
25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I had scheduled a viewing but ended up waiting outside the property for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, no one responded to my calls, emails, or the doorbell during that time.
4th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Dishonest, rude and highly unprofessional organisation. I received a parking notice for parking outside their office when it was closed! For just 15 minutes, from 18:25, to 18:38. I parked to collect food from the pizza shop next door so had an eye on my car the entire time, had they needed their parking space, I would have happily moved my car immediately. The ticket company euro parking services fined me on the grounds of: “parking on the premises whilst failing to enter registration number at the kiosk on site.” I appealed this immediately as I argued that I could not enter my registration as their office was closed. They rejected my appeal so I got in touch with this office directly. The director called me and I explained how unfair the ticket was. He understood my point of view and took my registration number and said he will contact the parking company. The next day I contacted the office to get an update on the situation, I couldn’t get through after several calls as I was clearly being avoided but my wife managed to get through with her number. During her conversation she was told that they couldn’t do anything about revoking this notice even though I had a conversation with the director himself the day before who said he will do something about it. At the end of their conversation my wife was told that the director would be in the office the next morning so I can discuss the matter with him then. I visited the office the next morning, only to be told the director was no longer in the office. I then recieved a call later in the day from his PA saying that there is nothing they can do about the fine. This company essentially gave me false hope by lying about doing something to revoke this fine when they had no intention of doing so. Unfortunately, I’m now left with a £100 fine to pay because I parked outside a closed office only to visit a shop next door. The funny thing is, the estate agents do not receive a single penny from this fine! Ironic how an estate agent is happy for people to potentially receive CCJ’s over not paying unfair parking notices which adversely affects their chances of obtaining a mortgage.
20th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

The agents are very professional but have also a great human 'touch' in the way they approach any issue that is raised. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past years but none of them has ever come close to how good Delaney's agents have been to me and my family.
