4th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Had a place in Rotherham town centre, dealing with Carly and Josh specifically at BRH. The moving out report had them trying to charge me for cleaning and damages that were there from the original time of moving in, even when the same damages were they from the day I moved in. Wouldn't recommend as they're job is to get the money from you, and have no further reasoning. From independent adjudication the moving out costs was more than halved than what flatfair and BRH had proposed.

15th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Bought a house at Thurcroft and honestly can’t thank 1stfield properties enough for all the hard work and dedication they’ve taken to get us moved in before Christmas, all staff are lovely and so responsive, received the keys to my first house today and I’m over the moon, Thankyou so so much. Had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

26th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Our house was on the market for over 48 weeks with Reeds Rains(RR) in that time we had 2 viewings, yes the timing did not help with Truss and then mortgage and utility rises but I can count on one hand the amount of times RR called they did not offer any support, whatsoever. The only times I spoke to them was when I went in and when they advised that we had viewers. I did say they needed to have an out of hours mobile which they could take in turns to take home, until about 9pm - because if no one turns up for a viewing on Saturday morning (which we had) there is nobody to contact until Monday morning. Absolute rubbish service!

Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

21st Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.
