I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. Homes for You are thoroughly professional and I would recommend without hesitation.

I firmly believe they got me a better price due to this. Thank you all at harbor property especially Charlie for his honesty & dedication. Made us feel like we were his only priority.

8th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Daniel was very helpful with talking us through everything that would happen, he replied to emails very quickly and made the process a breeze. From contact the house was on the market within a week and a week and a half later we had an offer! Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone looking to sell

Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!
7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Arranged a viewing for a house as a prospective buyer, had to move around our schedules to view the place only to find out after knocking on the seller's door that the viewing has been cancelled and that Savill's forgot to inform me! Horrible experience, my commute time was over an hour. Saville sent reminder message on the day confirming the viewing as well as an email! None of them had the audacity to acknowledge or apologise what had happened. Really disappointed in the team. Not signing up with them for anything in the future.

The firm came recommended by a friend and I was very impressed by the service offered, especially that of Abbey who explained everything and kept the purchase moving along. The fees were outlined clearly and honestly and there were no hidden charges (as I had been warned by friends/colleagues from other companies). Abbey was professional, friendly and very quick to respond to all my queries. Thanks to everyone at Dallas McMillan and especially to Abbey! Will definitely be using again for any future requirements.

She communicated with me quickly and consistently—often daily—and always kept me fully updated. Thanks to the team’s hard work, I had a high number of viewings and even received an early offer. Tried to search about 10 times, couldn't find the one I was interested in so gave up. Will go with another estate agent. ??

I had offers on my house within 1 week of it being put on the market and accepted an offer within 2 weeks. Selling your house can be very stressful but the professionalism from Hometown really made the process as simple as it could be.
