Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We sold our house in Scotland and Katie Wright managed the process for us.<br><br>Katie kept us well informed at every stage of the sale, which as we live in Australia was important to us. Delivery of the sale was absolutely on time, and Katie's liason with our buyers solicitor was exemplary.<br><br>I cannot recommend her and Ralph Sayer enough.
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I am leaving a 5 star review however this is simply for Chloe McPhee in the Hamilton office of Countrywide (sadly now moved to another office). We vetted several letting agents and chose Countrywide due to how personal Chloe made the process and how much she kept us in touch with what was going on. Becoming a landlord was a new venture and she made it all very easy.<br>Since she has moved I have had zero correspondence from the office (Chloe has kept in touch despite not being her role anymore...thank you Chloe), and I was only aware the tenants had even moved in after emailing Chloe to find out.<br><br>Thankfully the tenants move in was smooth and I have visited them to iron out a couple of mainetance issues I wanted to get done.<br>5 Stars for Chloe.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We had a great experience with Charlie from harbour he let us know what was happening throughout the process very helpful in every way sold our property very quickly and got over the asking price also the girl in the office was lovely and so helpfull as we are older and haven't delt with selling for many years they were so helpfull couldn't get any better treatment or service.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours!
