24th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were put in touch with Andrew at Slater Hogg & Howison Kilmarnock for our mortgage when moving home and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Andrew made the whole experience very easy and was happy to answer any questions throughout to put our mind at ease. His communication was outstanding and he really explained everything in great detail to ensure we fully understood everything! We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for help with their mortgage and we look forward to working with him again in the future!

Suzanne and Eilidh were always available to help, whether by text message, email, or phone call, and they kept us updated every step of the way. They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Overall, the experience was both professional and personal, with me feeling well supported from start to finish. They both demonstrated their vast knowledge with the ever changing market which ultimately lead to an acceptable offer on my property.- 9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Every aspect of putting our house on the market was a seamless experience. The property assessor (Peter) was very professional and gave a realistic but accurate assessment of what we might achieve from a sale. The office staff (Ann and Louise) were also very professional but friendly and also responsive to my questions. Overall I could not recommend this team highly enough, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.

My solicitor Susan Oates and property manager Jane Yarrington both went above and beyond to answer all of my queries, and their hard work meant that all the paperwork went through quickly without any issues. I would highly recommend their services.
30th May 2026 (19 days ago)Fantastic service from every member of Staff .Very professional and prompt service with loads of help and guidance through the process .With special mention to Stewart who did an amazing job with the work needing done to get the house on the market .The photography was brilliant and Stewarts video was simply amazing. Alison also has done a great job for us keeping us up to date and Caroline for organizing all the viewings .Thank you all so much for the present of your fantastic new home gift box . Very efficient service .
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.
28th May 2026 (21 days ago)just now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. Not a great experience.
27th May 2026 (22 days ago)Pacitti Jones took care of everything for the sale of my property and made the whole experience easy. This was from the initial visit by Paul to discuss the process and then Lynne with the updates and next steps, overall the staff was really helpful throughout the sale.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

They were really quick to follow up with viewers and were just so easy to talk to and ask questions of. Selling can be stressful and they helped make the process as easy as possible. I also liked the portal they offered so I could see viewings come in as they were added to the system.

When we had a property to sell this year we didn’t even get another quote, her service, advice, attention and care are second to none. This time we also used the accompanied viewing service and were very impressed by Audrey. All in all a genuine 5 star experience
