The whole team are outstanding, but in particular, we would like to acknowledge Senior Property Sales Negotiator, Carole Seaton, whose service, experience and guidance during the sales process were second to none. Carole made us feel well informed and confident in our decisions. She also felt like our best pal, who truly wanted the best for us. We can’t imagine having done this without her, and we are so very grateful. 11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.<br><br>I had a viewing booked for today at 4:40 PM. I arrived around 4:30 PM and waited outside for approximately 30 minutes, but nobody showed up.<br><br>I then went to the office to find out what was going on. The staff there called the person who was apparently supposed to be handling the viewing, only to be told that there was no viewing booked for me today.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already spoken to them about this viewing beforehand, and I also received a call from them this morning confirming that my viewing was at 4:40 PM today.<br><br>So I travelled there, waited outside for half an hour, and then had to go to their office myself just to be told that apparently there was no appointment. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating.<br><br>If you can’t manage your own viewing appointments or communicate properly with customers, at least have the professionalism to let people know rather than making them travel and stand outside waiting for someone who isn’t coming.<br><br>Very poor communication, organisation and customer service. I would seriously think twice before dealing with this company.

Their communication is fantastic, every member of the team is friendly, approachable and helpful, and Irene herself has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I’ve never felt like I was just another potential buyer, they are extremely supportive and you can feel that they genuinely care. 11th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)We had scheduled a viewing appointment for a property in Auchterarder, the agent called us on a No Caller Id number to say they would be late. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate. When we arrived at the property at the then agreed time and the agent was nowhere to be seen. We couldn’t call their number back and the office number went straight to voice mail. After waiting for 15 minutes they called us back and said they were at a different property, and misunderstood the visit we had agreed to visit and they did not have the keys. Pretty disappointing organisation given that they knew we were leaving the next morning. Make sure you double check all the details yourself if you’re going to work with this company.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

Her assistant Adam was also very efficient with the complex process being completed in I think record time. Well done to you both, I have already been recommending you to other best wishes.

Their whole approach, attitude, information, and advice to myself and wife during the whole selling process of our property was outstanding. Meeting Stephen, who gave an insight to whole area market/value of the property, prior to even starting the sales process, put our minds at ease. The team efficiency and professionalism, and care for myself and wife was first class. Have no hesitation in recommending them.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

From my 1st call to the office with Alison who was so helpful and accommodating, to Kevin coming to my house to give me a valuation and talk through the Ts ans Cs, Yvonne and Rio coming out a few days later and getting our property on all social media platforms and finally Lynn who not only put a shift in showing around 15 potential buyers in one night round my house but regularly keeping me updated on offers etc which resulted in me getting a fantastic price for my home! Thank you so much to each and everyone of you. ?????? I would highly recommend Lanarkshire law to anyone looking to buy or sell their home as it is in the best hands!
