Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

8th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!- 18th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Used Your Move again after 5 years and still had the same great service and communication throughout, was a pleasure dealing with everyone in the Hamilton office.
- 13th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)We had an outstanding experience with the team at Slater Hogg & Howison in Helensburgh and wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Danielle, Olivia, and Gill. From the very beginning, Danielle handled our case brilliantly. Her communication was excellent throughout; responses were always prompt, and every request we made was followed up quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how professional and reassuring she was without ever being pushy (which, in our experience, can sometimes happen with estate agents). She made the whole process feel organised, transparent, and calm. Olivia also deserves special mention. On the one occasion we spoke while Danielle was away, she stepped in seamlessly and handled our request as if she had been managing the case all along. That level of coordination and teamwork is rare and very impressive. Gill, who showed us the property, was equally fantastic; kind, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer questions and made the viewing feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed as it was a big step for us. She also helped calm my nerves at a time when I was feeling quite stressed, as it was my first time purchasing a property in Scotland. Her reassurance and patience really made a difference. Overall, the team combines real expertise with a genuinely supportive approach. At times it honestly felt like we had a team negotiating and advocating on our behalf. They made us feel heard, were flexible and accommodating, and consistently demonstrated that they were doing their absolute best for us. Having bought and sold a few properties over the years, I can honestly say we’ve never experienced estate agents quite like this. A truly excellent team and a credit to Slater Hogg & Howison Helensburgh.

However, after letting Andrew know what we were looking for he very quickly sent us details for a property which we promptly viewed. This is now our home. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Lamentably. Not as yet in England & Wales...Ulster. I know not?

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!
24th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Zone Letting have managed my rental property in Edinburgh for the past 8 years and I can thoroughly recommend them! The few tenant changeovers I've had have always been managed professionally and carefully with Zone Letting covering all aspects of relisting, tenant reference checks and landlord obligations etc. Any maintenance issues reported by the tenants are communicated to me immediately by Zone's property managers, and any repairs needed are carried out to a high standard of workmanship. Employees at Zone are easy to communicate with, efficient and friendly and always more than willing to go that extra mile to ensure all parties are getting the best letting property service possible.
9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I have been using Dallas McMillan Solicitors for the past 5 years or so, they have handled my last 3 property moves and I could not be happier with their service. Prior to using Dallas McMillan, the previous property lawyers I used I found to be slow to respond, unclear about processes and quite stressful to deal with however, the exact opposite is the case for Dallas McMillan. Everyone that I have dealt with at this firm including Rachel, Abbey, and Richard have been nothing but helpful, quick to respond, and completely put you at ease during a stressful time. I have also used them to create my wills and again, the service has been completely easy and smooth. 1000% recommend this firm.
