25th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We experienced ongoing issues with repairs not being addressed (a bathroom light remained broken for several months after a leak). We were also asked to conduct viewings ourselves before moving out, which we did not feel was our responsibility. On moving in, there were also cleanliness issues, including mould in the washing machine drawer and cupboards left full of cleaning products from previous occupancy. We later found these same items referenced when deductions from our deposit were discussed, which was frustrating. Overall, prospective tenants may wish to ensure maintenance expectations and check-in inventories are clearly documented before signing.
17th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service. Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster. April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally. June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional. When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me. To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.

4th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)Disappointed all round 2 viewings and had to keep asking for feedback. New photos taken as the originals had been filtered but they never added them and the video was on their Facebook page only not Rightmove.
16th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is the second time we have used Bloor; we didn't use them last time, but we did use them the time before that (read between the lines about the last one...). Same as the first time - competitively priced, sensible valuation, and quick to find us a buyer. We went on the market, got the asking price, and completed within 10 weeks. Neal, Joanne and Rachel are all very professional, very helpful and bent over backwards when we needed them to. Cannot recommend highly enough - we probably won't move again, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bloors again.

Kerry, Dean and Olivia have been amazing from start to finish! As first time buyers with a fair few challenges (solicitors going into administration 3 weeks before completion)they were at the end of the phone for each and every breakdown I had along the way! I could write reasons all day why they have been so fantastic! customer support is second to none! nothing is too much trouble, they went above and beyond in every way possible! They deserve all the recognition in the world and we will be forever grateful! THANK YOU! ??- 26th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)In quite a slow market the team promoted my property as much as they could. As with most houses on the market at the moment, it took a while yo get a buyer however, Nicola and the rest of the team were great in helping me to sell my house.

9th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

21st May 2025 (10 mo. ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.
