Communication was clear and regular, they kept me up to date with everything via emails and phone calls which was really appreciated, every single person I spoke with in the office was always so friendly and informative, especially Fiona, Emmy, Kia, Phoebe and Jo and everyone else there are so many to mention! Thank you so much to everyone there! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell !!!
1st May 2026 (11 days ago)We have had an awful experience with Woodseats Blundells and ending our tenancy with them. Due to a damp wall within the property we were not allowed to leave our tenancy agreement until the damage had been fixed as the property was unable “to be relisted in its current condition”, so why we were made to remain there if it was unsuitable for habitation is beyond me. Black mould and mushrooms were growing inside the property, despite us buying and paying to run a dehumidifier 24/7. We were passed around from person to person and got one email response a week (maximum). The whole process was incredibly disorganised, we felt the customer service provided by Tasnim was genuinely awful. I will say when Beth & Hamza took over the case, things sped up massively. But ultimately we were made to pay for months of rent despite not living there and even offered to pay an external contractor to come in and fix the damage, which would have been less costly for us than multiple extra months of rents. (This was not allowed). Upon check out, we have compared our check in and check out reports to see that the estate agents and landlord clearly knew about this damp wall when we moved in January 2024 as it is listed as “needs maintenance”. To then make us stay and pay for it is diabolical, and to ask us for over £400 in cleaning fees is disgusting. With this new Renter’s Rights act now in play this won’t be able to happen in the future, but I just want to make sure the team know how stressful both financially and emotionally this entire process has been. I would not recommend Woodseats Blundells or any property on the Queen’s Stables, Tower or View estate.

The online advertising created immediate interest in the house and updates from the office kept us constantly in the loop. Jane and both Ellie's made the whole process clear and straight forward. 2nd May 2026 (10 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

1st May 2026 (11 days ago)We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!- 7th May 2026 (5 days ago)No happy at all, My partner and I had been to look at a house to rent. We made the application as others had as well. They told us if there was anything changed or something was happening they would let us know. We have been waiting 2 days to hear if any update has changed. Today I rang to see if anything has happened and they told me that the landlord had chosen someone for the place. They hadn’t even told us about it, and told me on the phone sorry for not calling. Me and my partner had been getting our hopes up as it was the perfect suitable Home as we have 2 kids! Not happy as they can’t keep you updated when they tell you they will.

6th May 2026 (6 days ago)Our purchase was a bit of a nightmare all things considered with lots of hiccups at each stage and very slow (nothing to do with Blundells) but Katy was great, she was friendly, helpful, quick to respond to any enquiries and gave me lots of practical assistance moving things along as well as just general advice which as a first time buyer was invaluable. She is an absolute star ??????. Very happy with the service I received
