Maria and her team at Penistone are calm and supportive in the most stressful of situations, they are always at the end of the phone to alleviate even the smallest of worries and go above and beyond. There was no pressure during valuation, very honest and clear advice was given and they have gone above and beyond. Our situation hasn’t been the easiest but I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other agent. Maria chases sales very efficiently and has also liaised with our purchase and done everything possible to help us. Thank you so much 10/10.

They responded very promptly to all my queries, and took time and care to provide all the information I needed. The two dedicated staff who dealt with my situation, as well as all other staff were great communicators, very approachable and responsive. I was able to trust them totally for best outcomes, and indeed received the most excellent service for both my selling and buying. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The online advertising created immediate interest in the house and updates from the office kept us constantly in the loop. Jane and both Ellie's made the whole process clear and straight forward. Very strong and rapid communication, genuine (rather than perfunctory) engagement throughout the sale process, and always honest in their assessment of market realities and possibilities. We switched from another (inefficient) provider and my regret is that we didn’t go with David & Lund first time round. The staff are courteous, informed and seem to be authentically interested in doing a thorough job for clients. One can’t really ask for more. A big thank you to Andy Leach for his top-notch bespoke service.

He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years.
