Valuation perfect - valued it at more than I expected but achieved their valuation with a great deal of interest generated. Sold within two weeks! Kept me informed of viewings and enquiries. Would definitely recommend Morfitt Smith for their professional service.

14th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)If you’re selling … I really would look at going with someone else. It all started promising with a swift valuation and the usual marketing. The problems started when they did no vetting on a potential purchaser and it turned out the financials were fraudulent and it cost me 10 weeks and I lost out on a house that I wanted. There was no apology or any sympathy from Gates Estates, things did get better when the new member of staff took over, things seemed a bit more organised but if I was selling again I’d have gone with someone else. I had to accept £10k lower than valuation.

Jade valued the property and then organised the professional and very polished advertising of the house. They organised all the viewings, kept us informed about timings and gave us feedback after each visit. Once the house was under offer Liz was amazing in keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and generally making sure things progressed. All this done in a friendly and efficient way.
