2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.
1st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)200% Fantastic team from four years letting agents to selling our house in Brookside in one day special thanks to Jessica Danielle & Damion Thank you!
29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.
30th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Good communicators, many accompanied visits to property with interested parties. Keep me well informed. Excellent service

19th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Everyone I dealt with in Lacey's were lovely, very professional and personable. They were happy to advise but also prepared to go with my suggestions. They did a great job in securing a sale at a price I was happy with and hopefully all will go smoothly.
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Andrew was very helpful & supportive
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I do not live in the area so I met with a few local agents to decide who I would use to sell a property. Rachel gave a good impression of how I would be treated so I chose her and was not to be disappointed.
Despite being far away from the property she kept me connected and delivered the service I hoped for and more.
There were a many bumps in the sale process as I am sure regularly happens. Rachel took them in her stride and gave good professional and honest advice. She pushed hard to complete the sale in all ways she could.
Even when I ran into issues with the law firms, she took over and communicated with all parties to get the sale over the line.
I am very grateful, and I am certain that I chose the correct agency.
I would not hesitate to recommend.
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)A huge thank you to the team at Winkworth Bath for their support in both the rental and eventual sale of our house. Their communication was excellent and we felt confident they had our best interests in mind throughout. Viewings were well organised and professionally executed. I’d happily recommend the team for the rental or sale of your home.
12th May 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend this agent for going above and beyond to progress my sale to it's conclusion. They have always been positive throughout a complex sales process. They have communicated well with myself and all other parties. I have always been able to rely on them for accurate market advice and honest assessment.
26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)From initial viewing to actual completion, the Staff at McKinlays Taunton gave me a professional and friendly service, keeping me updated at every twist and turn!
