19th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

They visited my house once a week in my absence (the only agent to offer to do so), collected and located documents requested by solicitors from my house, and took a video which proved really helpful to me emotionally and practically.<br>Noel in addition offered advice and guidance on my son's flat purchase.<br>Matt dealt with viewings and was my main contact - always good humoured and informed. Louise in the office was consistently available, responsive, informed and - importantly - empathic.<br>I can't recommend them highly enough.

They pass on all tenant concerns and enquiries and keep us informed of any repairs needed. They are fair and scrupulous in all matters regarding change of tenancy and rental decisions and adjustments. They keep us appraised in all matters relating to this tenancy and we recommend them 100%.

All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.- 22nd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)All the team helped me with things I didn't know, and kept my spirits up when I was having other things to sort out.
