Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

6th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)What can I say! We have finally exchanged today after a very long journey. I had my house up for sale with a few agents who were great but Debbie fortune got my sale over the line. The thing I like the most is communication and they didn’t fail me with this. Kept me in the loop all the time, found my buyers and continued to carry out great communication throughout. Special thanks to Elliot who ‘sold’ our house and special thanks to Stevie who monitored the after sale. It was a bit touch and go with exchanging towards the end with solicitors but Stevie is who you want to apply the pressure in the right wait to get it sorted. I can’t thank Debbie fortune estate agents enough for this process and I would highly recommend using them if you want to sell your house. Equally if you buy a house through them! Very much looking forward to getting into our new home next week!

10th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Yesterday we completed the sale of my father's flat thanks to the excellent team at Gibbins Richards' Wellington office. Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!

7th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

24th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would recommend Zoe/Red Deer without any hesitation whatsoever. A long, awful, drawn out 6 month chain, with solicitors leaving, indemnity insurance issues, cancelled movers and the rest. Despite this Zoe was there to help at every stage. From initial visit we knew we had found the perfect estate agent. Zoe knew the area, respected our cottage, valued well and presented it superbly. 3 other "big name" estate agents valued our property ( 7 miles outside Bridgwater) but had no idea - they valued between £100,000 and £170,000 LESS !....seemed unless they had a street of identical properties to base their valuation on, then they had no clue !..SOLD at virtually asking price to third viewers. Zoe continually went above and beyond, sorting many issues that were not part of her remit but got us over the line a week before Christmas. I WOULD RECOMMEND RED DEER 101% AND FREELY PERMIT ZOE TO PASS ON MY EMAIL SHOULD ANYONE WANT TO VERIFY MY REVIEW.....
13th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The team at Bradley’s are amazing. Very helpful, doesn’t get annoyed with silly questions we’ve had or how many viewings we want to make. Always welcomed us whenever we visit. It was a lovely experience and thank you for making this possible for us. The best.

9th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I bought a house through Harris & Lee, the one I was initially purchasing fell through and Sarah was so kind in talking me through it and found me 3 other houses to look at the next weekend. From those I found the house I'm now living in. Without the amazing help from Sarah and the whole Harris & Lee team, I know things would have been a lot harder. Hopefully I won't be moving any time soon, but when that time comes I will absolutely be going through these guys. They have communicated well with myself and all other parties. I have always been able to rely on them for accurate market advice and honest assessment.
19th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)We just recently moved from Bristol to Cheddar. Laurel & Wylde weren't our estate agents but they were for our purchase. Jane May was excellent from start to finish she kept us updated (not only us the whole chain). I do believe if it wasn't for Jayne the move might not of happened. A massive thank you Jayne. If anyone is looking for help in selling & moving Laurel & Wylde are an absolute must 10 out of 10.
