Definitely worthy of a 5* rating. Our huge thanks to all involved for getting us over the line! Selling your home can be a stressful experience not to mention costly and therefore we wanted the most professional team to help support us through this process. Knight Frank have dedicated people / a team for each area of the sale process, from pulling the property information together, to ensuring you are happy with everything before your property goes live on line. They inform you of viewings and have their own team of people who guide potential purchasers around your property. These people are throughly briefed beforehand and are able to answer most of the purchaser's questions. Once you receive an offer on your property, the next group of professionals play they part in the process. At this stage, our point of contact was Giselle who was an absolute genius in keeping everything ticking along, even when there was a blip with the buyer's solicitor, Giselle was there to keep everything moving forward. The whole team is headed up by Luke Pender-Cudlip, a consummate professional, who has a vast knowledge and experience in this field, and someone you can depend on to get the job done. The communication throughout was excellent via both email and telephone calls so we were kept fully up to speed of how the transaction was progressing throughout. Thanks team."

Failed at due diligence checks, exaggerated the truth when it came to advising us the position of the people who wanted to purchase our house which ended up with the transaction inevitably falling through and costing us money. Failed to take responsibility for anything, the staff in there all had the same attitude and I'd literally never recommend them to anyone. I'm not normally in to writing reviews but this is one that had to be done, if only to save others going through what we have. Would not recommend.

She is kind, funny, clever, quick witted, assertive, and hugely supportive. We simply could not have got the purchase off the ground without her. If we ever change careers and open an estate agents ourselves we will poach her. She is a fantastic asset to this firm and we would not hesitate to use her again (we are never ever moving again however!!!). Thank you Helen you are just the best!

The final bonus was Nicky who progressed the sale with consistency, humour and a little bit of love! We cannot recommend Domvs enough! THANK YOU!
28th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)My property is currently under offer, l have been very pleased with all aspects of the sale process so far. I received good advice regarding the asking price. Feedback after the 27 viewings was made quickly and allowed me to adapt the asking price and then achieve an acceptable offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenslade Taylor Hunt.
15th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

12th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Tamlyns managed my rental property for 2 years without issue at a reasonable fee. They also acted as my agent when I eventually sold the house, and did their role adequately. In managing the property they were honest throughout, leaving both me as the landlord and the tenants quite content. They kept good track of landlord liabilities, and recommended tradesmen to complete routine and emergency repairs impartially. Communication is good, though sometimes quite brief.

The communication is excellent, I could always talk to a member of the team and staff are proactive in updating and sharing information. Alex and the team have excellent relationships with other local professionals such a solicitors and mortgage brokers which means that the sale and purchase was able to complete promptly. Staff are friendly and respectful and have exceptional knowledge of the local market. The marketing of our home was of excellent quality and they truly took the time to understand our requirements and budget, finding us a new home that we love!
