Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

They handled communication very well during what was a particularly difficult sale with complex circumstances on both sides. Throughout the process, they kept us consistently updated and made sure we were happy at every stage. No request was too much for them, and all leads were followed up promptly. A special thank you to Lily and Rachael, and the rest of the team — we’re very happy in our new home. Maeve and Ben.
12th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had an excellent experience with Cooper and Tanner, and in particular with Hayley Browning, who supported us throughout our home purchase. Going into the process, I always expected estate agents to primarily act in the seller’s interest, but that really wasn’t our experience with Hayley. She was fair, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping us move things forward, which made a huge difference. Compared to our previous attempts to buy a property—which dragged on for six months and only reached the enquiry stage—this experience couldn’t have been more different. Hayley was incredibly proactive, responsive, and focused from the outset. She understood our urgency and worked tirelessly to keep everything on track, coordinating effectively between all parties involved. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to complete the purchase in just over six weeks. It’s hard to overstate just how critical Hayley’s efforts were. Beyond her professionalism, she was also personable, approachable, and an absolute delight to work with throughout. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We would highly recommend Cooper and Tanner, and especially Hayley, to anyone looking to buy a property.

Most of our contact was with Thom who was really good at keeping us informed and pushing the transaction along. Thanks. We would be happy to recommend to anyone looking for an estimate agent.
18th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was happy with Fox & Sons at the start. They sold my property for me. But a day before completion i rung them to say was everything still ok for the next day. I was shouted at by a member of staff, telling me not to leave my property until I received a phone call from them. I have never received that phone call. I have never had a phone call from Ben the manager congratulating me on selling my property!! I feel very sad & angry there has been no communication from them. I'm old school & a phone call would have made all the difference to me. It feel as though I'm a nuisance even though I've given them thousands of pounds for selling my property. It is not good enough for me. It should have been a happy time but due to Fox & Sons it's been a very hurtful, sad & angry ending & they don't give a dam.- 6th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)Paul in the Minehead Branch was very helpful when I was distressed and impatient. The service throughout was very good — clear communication, proactive support and a genuine willingness to help move things forward. They went over and above at key points in the process, which was much appreciated. A professional and helpful team, and I’d be happy to recommend them.

26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

11th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Updated review Upon leaving the property I was quite annoyed that deductions of £100 were passed to me for the following: - Less than a meter squared area of carpet needed a cleaning extra due to being at the front door. - 4 drops of dirt again needed removing. - the bottom of a cupboard needed wiping. My opinion is this would be 30 minutes work and no where near £100 worth of cleaning. What was more frustrating was after giving abbot and frost my response saying the cost is too high, I was pretty much ignored (or felt like I was) for 24 hours. I then emailed them again saying I just wanted my deposit back so accept the charge and within minutes it’s processed and they take the deduction. It comes across that they ignore you until you just accept what they state. Which is annoying as they were so good to start with. Original review A really good experience viewing several property’s with Debbie and the team today. What is also amazing is the communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The team has always been professional and responsive.<br>I would particularly like to thank Sharon and Jesse for their outstanding support. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their communication is prompt and friendly, and they always take the time to address any questions or concerns.
9th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us. Update June 2026 Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again. Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year. Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????
