Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.

What I have to say is what a breath of fresh air Penny and Ethan are when we met Penny for the first time she showed us an empty property and we quickly realised this was an estate agent who we could trust to give us true and honest answers to our questions and not give us a sales pitch and this meant a lot. Even when there was a problem that came up late in the day on the deeds to the house requiring probate Penny was in constant contact with us keeping us informed and updated I call that exceptional service and then when I left some vital medication at the house on another visit Ethan met me there the next day so I could collect them he did this outside of his normal busy days work again exceptional help. If your looking to buy or sell in or around Haddingham there can not be a better estate agent to go to on top of that they are really nice hard working, honest and nothing is to much trouble people. Highly recommended

22nd Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sounded like an easy customer: three bedroom house, nice garden, granny annex in highly sought-after location, on the market for the first time in 80 years. Fast-Forward three months and to everyone's horror, the house was built in 1909 using a method that no mortgage-lender would sell on. That would have been the cue for most estate agents to drop the client. Pottrill Holland stuck with us - suggesting transitioning to an auction, and staying with us through the entire process. Absolute integrity and commitment, we owe them everything.
