We decided to entrust Billy and her team with the sale of our property and again, without them we would not have completed. We would highly recommend their services in such an uncertain market. 4th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)I strongly advise against renting from this letting agency. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and unpleasant company. They were inconsiderate and rude, failed to return my full deposit even though the property was left immaculate, and repeatedly showed up at the flat unannounced. It was an extremely negative experience from start to finish.

They have done a truly professional job, and the flat has been tenanted for almost 100% of the time. Our contacts at Obbard have been consistently professional, friendly, and easy to reach. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance in the property market.
13th May 2020 (6 years ago)I really wanted to like the agency. However, having just dealt with some other estate agents I can honestly say that Phillips and CO are very old fashioned and the worst at communication. Let me explain more. TLDR; our purchase fell through after months of discussions. We were initially told by the agent that there is no chain, after weeks of chasing they eventually confirmed that there is a chain - all that needed to happen was a phone call the vendors and some shouting at them. Anyway, We put this hurdle behind us and agreed to wait as the vendor had already found a house. It has been 2-3 months of constant chasing for updates which normally goes like this: 1. I send an email asking for an update 2. A week goes by with no response 3. I call them to find out what is going on 4. They give me an excuse that the vendors aren’t responsive but they are chasing as much as possible 5. They tell me they will call me back once they have spoken with the vendor 6. Another few days...still nothing 7. I call them, raise my tone and again get some stupid response. I fully appreciate that the vendors aren helpful. The issue I have with this estate agent is that they have poor communication skills, no idea on how to manage customer expectations. I have never had to chase an estate agent so much, it’s normally other way around - they chase and you hide! Avoid if possible guys!

Pragmatic, well balanced, didn’t over promise and delivered well on what they said, keeping us well informed all the way through. Both were also very good sounding boards. Very different to our experience with another well known local agent prior to this. Would highly recommend.

She was great very helpful and quick to respond… its an office block conversion so even with all the delays and developers issues she always kept me informed and updated couldn’t of asked for a better experience as a first time buyer! She has the patients of a saint and always happy to help so would definitely recommend!

15th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I recently purchased a flat via Smooth Move and I have to say the service they provided was excellent, Lisa was amazing, she kept me up to date with all issues and progress, and was a massive help and support to me though the whole process. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????

13th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)We recently sold our bungalow through Bradleys and despite the market slowing down this year through no fault of his or our own, Ian went above and beyond to make sure it sold. He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of his hard work and for finding a buyer who we know will love the property as much as we did. We would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to buy or sell.
