20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me. From the excellent photography and superb brochure - (and I can say I didn’t recognise my house as it was so good) Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding!
