7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.

After several months, there was still no outcome. It was a frustrating experience and a considerable waste of time.

20th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.
