29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I popped in to Engall Castle during one of my visits when I had decided that I wanted to relocate and downsize to a smaller house in a nice location. I had arranged with Wendy viewings of a few properties when Wendy informed me of a house that was about to go on the market. It was one amongst others that I viewed on the day. A big thank you to Steve who was the one to show me around all the properties and was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable with the information he provided me with. As soon as I came out of the property that I viewed, and which was yet to go on the market, I called Engall Castle and put in an offer. I then arranged a second viewing within a couple of days and Elisha was great and waiting for me. She answered all my questions. The communication along the way, has been outstanding and I have nothing but praise for all the Team members at Engall Castle. I shall be forever grateful ?????? to Wendy for telling me about the house which I absolutely adore. So a big thank you to you all, and you will never know the extent of my gratitude to you all. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!
2nd May 2025 (1 year ago)I was very pleased with the service provided by my estate agent. Their local market knowledge was excellent, and the valuation of my property proved to be spot on. The advertising was professional, with great photography and well-handled viewings, helping the sale progress smoothly. I felt the service was good value for money, and overall performance was strong throughout. The only reason I haven’t given five stars across the board is due to occasional delays in communication, though when contact was made, the responses were helpful and professional.
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We totally trust Lewis Gray to be responsible, in our absence, for all landlord responsibilities, including the annual inspection of services and premises and minor repairs. They pass on all tenant concerns and enquiries and keep us informed of any repairs needed. They are fair and scrupulous in all matters regarding change of tenancy and rental decisions and adjustments. They keep us appraised in all matters relating to this tenancy and we recommend them 100%.

27th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Terrible agency. I’ve been an Estate agent previously myself so when this agency Wasted my time to tell us months later they wouldn’t let us use the agency due to personal issues with not even myself but someone renting with me. Very rude members of staff & unprofessional.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Horrible experience, contractors come without notice. They try to scam you off your deposit at the end of tenancy by picking on whatever minor issue they can to extortion as much out. Just nightmare
