29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property- 24th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We are exceptionally pleased of the service from start to finish that we received from Webbers Braunton Estate Agents and highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home. Having sought advice from a number of estate agents in the local area, the professionalism and confidence we received from Webbers was second to none. Their commission was slightly higher than others, but their commitment, honesty and attention to detail was certainly worth every single penny. The promotional material and photographs were exceptionally detailed and therefore gave their customers a true insight into our home whilst creating significant interest and multiple viewings. The level of communication from the whole team at Webbers is by far their biggest strength, this was apparent throughout from the initial stages when receiving offers, to the regular progress updates, right up to our purchase and sale. Despite a very last minute and disappointing breakdown in the chain for our out of area buyers prior to completion, the whole team at Webbers worked incredibly hard to regularly advise, guide and support our buyers to ensure a swift rebuild of the chain whilst maintaining regular communication with all parties. This level of communication continued right up to our final exchange date. The whole team clearly works hard at keeping detailed notes and updates for each of their clients as no matter who we called and spoke to at the office, they were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. If I could award more than 5 stars I would!!!

30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!

We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou

I really appreciate the level of communication and advice throughout the process. The touches on moving in the day were also really appreciated and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend Danehurst at all, and want to thank them for the experience working with them.
