15th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)This wasn’t just buying and selling a house; it was a full-blown James Bond mission involving sleepless nights, spreadsheets, plot twists and a mortgage lender who seemed determined to be the villain!<br>We spotted our dream home on Rightmove, but our own house wasn’t even on the market. Enter Holly and Neil at Tor Estates, who took on the challenge with incredible patience, professionalism and determination. From advice on preparing our home to changing photos and reassuring me through countless visits to the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>Within weeks, we had a buyer for our home, and our offer on our dream house was accepted. Then our mortgage lender of 27 years pulled the rug from underneath us.<br>Enter Gavin from Tor Finance, our mortgage superhero! He worked tirelessly to find a solution, keeping in touch while I was working away and navigating obstacle after obstacle. His dedication was outstanding, and we genuinely couldn't have done it without him.<br>Holly, Neil and Gavin went above and beyond. They didn't just do their jobs; they supported us through one of the most stressful experiences of our lives and helped turn a potential disaster into a happy ending.<br>If you're buying or selling, I cannot recommend Tor Estates highly enough. If you need a mortgage, speak to Gavin from the very beginning!<br>Thank you all. We will be forever grateful.<br>Tor Estates: 5 stars. 10/10. Would recommend.<br>Me? Emotionally unavailable. 19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My late father's bungalow had been on the market for months with another local agent, which achieved only two viewings in all this time. Hearnes found the right buyer within a week and the move has completed. Superb service. Only agent to use in Ringwood in my opinion.

23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Sawyers highly enough, and after many years as one of their tenants I say that from experience, not just politeness.<br><br>What sets them apart is the personal touch. This never feels like a faceless letting agency — Steven and Helio know their tenants and landlords, and they treat both fairly.<br><br>Steven is meticulous: safety checks are always done properly and on time, and you're never left chasing paperwork or wondering whether something's been covered — copies are always provided without having to ask.<br><br>Helio deserves a special mention of his own. He's super efficient, but it's the kindness and empathy alongside his good humour that make him stand out.<br><br>Although it's a rental property, Steven has always said it's our home while we live in it, and that's exactly how they've treated it. Reasonable requests and updates get properly advocated for.<br><br>When maintenance issues have come up, they've used local tradespeople who've been friendly, reliable, and done a genuinely good job.<br><br>I've had personal experience of Sawyers going the extra ‘many miles’ when it really mattered, at a time when that support meant more than they probably realised. They're kind, flexible whenever they're able to be, and I've never doubted that they care about their renters as people, not just tenancies to manage.<br><br>If you're weighing up a rental property and one of them is managed by Sawyers, choose that one. They will look after you and your home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a long-term, trusted letting agent.- 16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

20th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Bradley seemed arrogant and quite possibly the worst communicator I’ve ever dealt with, multiple different issues.<br><br>All I would say is good luck if you are planning on buying with this branch, impossible to deal with! I certainly wouldn’t recommend selling through them. You will lose potential buyers.

We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. 11th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

21st Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Missed a call from a lady for a viewing, called back to kindly arrange another meeting (and advise email might be best as I work in a busy environment and wouldn’t want to waste their time with missed calls).<br><br>The man who answered was highly unprofessional; answered abruptly, fair enough (may have been having a bad day), then was just really rude and unhelpful. Blunt and quite sarcastic. I am new to buying a house but from the lovely reception I’ve had from other estate agents, I’d advise this steer well clear of this one. Sadly I didn’t get the gentleman’s name.
