Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.

From start to finish they were friendly, professional, responsive and incredibly supportive.<br><br>They kept me updated throughout, chased things when needed and were always there with reassurance during the more stressful moments. I genuinely felt they cared about getting my sale successfully over the line.<br><br>A fantastic, personal service from two lovely people. Thank you both!

16th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.

Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property. Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate Agency. She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale. You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.
9th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We have just concluded letting from this agency for 4.5 years. Let me tell you this, you will not find a more accommodating agent than Karen. She was always incredibly responsive, quick to email us back, and worked diligently to make sure any sort of issues that came up with our home were resolved. She always seemed to be in our corner, and never wavered from that stance. If you’re new to the area or looking for a place to move to- I would definitely consider renting from them. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.- 22nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Recently sold a house with Hamilton Smith Claydon and they were excellent! The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
19th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.
