18th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)They think an awful lot of themselves but had no idea how to sell my mothers house. They post everything everywhere and hope for the best. Quite literally walked in with my mum one day and they had no idea who she was. Please, please don't use.
27th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)We have been coming to Suffolk and the southwold area for years...but stayed in our campervan...but for different reasons we wanted to stay in a cottage and within easy access to southwold town...durrants was so helpful from start to finish of our stay....just at the other end of the phone and office in town also if you needed anything...and lovely friendly staff....thank you ????

Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

He was absolutely amazing, we was always kept up to date, phone calls answered, just brilliant all round service couldn't recommend Langwrites enough! Many thanks Peter

9th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I highly recommend using your move Harleston, to anyone buying or selling a property. From start to finish, the team were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
