5th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

Charlotte's photographs were very impressive and the drone photos were great too. Ended up with an offer above asking price. Very pleased with the service!

I talked to quite a few Agents but found Attik to be forward thinking, time aware and modern in their working practices. The whole period of selling was an absolute pleasure, with Attik working very hard to make it easy for me. I was very pleasantly pleased. Accurate and good updates all through the process made it easy. From the very start to the final Completion day it was easy. I can't thank Attik enough for their professionalism, thoughtfulness and suppport through what most would say is usually a stressful process. Thank you Attik.

It went beyond the core service of selling our property as they sourced a number of tradesmen to maintain/repair things that cropped up and demonstrated a really positive attitude to helping us through the whole sale. I really can't recommend them highly enough

As a house we have put in multiple maintenance requests in over the course of our tenancy (fixing the boiler, installing an extract hood, a new bathroom extractor ect.) and Gray and Toynbee sorted all quickly and followed up to make sure works were completed to a high standard. Fantastic service all round.

Of the three agents that I initially considered, Alex Parish demonstrated the greatest local knowledge and the best understanding of my requirements. I have no regrets about my decision to commission them. Throughout the whole process, from the initial planning session to the completion of my sale, Alex and his colleagues were professional, reliable and always did whatever we had agreed. Their communications were clear and they were responsive to all of my questions or concerns. They were supportive to me personally and showed a good understanding of all aspects of the sales process as well its legalities and practicalities. I recommend Whitley Parish without any reservations.
