I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.
20th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)If you want to actually sell your house, look no further.<br><br>Surrounded by agents selling aspirational target sale prices they offer pragmatic pricing advice to actually attract interest and then invest real effort in driving your sale through to completion. Don't be the vendor who tries two aspirational Crowborough agents before moving to a T.Wells agent. If you aren't getting interest, the price is wrong. It's really that simple.<br><br>Once you have a buyer, you then want an agent that's going to get on with the real work and also maintain a relationship with your buyer to prevent the sale falling through.<br><br>They are genuinely motivated to drive your sale through not just floating about reacting being nagged.<br><br>Rather than being tempted by the highest possible target sale price being offered to you - go and have a chat with the team and make your mind up based upon who you want working with you once you've actually accepted an offer.
3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.

22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.
