8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Keith & the entire team were wonderful from the initial valuation until the completion of the sale. I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Michael and the team at Mansell McTaggart in Cuckfield during our recent house move.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Michael was incredibly helpful, proactive, and communicative, keeping us informed at every step and liaising smoothly and effectively with the vendor to ensure everything progressed without a hitch.<br><br>This is now the second move Michael has overseen for us, and the standard of service has been consistently brilliant each time. We would definitely use his services again when the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the Cuckfield branch to anyone looking to move.

He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

17th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

From the moment we were introduced to her I can honestly say she gave us her full support above and beyond what we expected. She was very involved in ensuring everything is completed on time and if anybody was lagging, she was straight onto them to get things back on track. Lisa is new to Homes Estate Agent and she is definitely a very precious asset to the company. Thank you very much for everything you’ve done Lisa and we wish you the best of luck at Homes.
