21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

Their professionalism, clarity, and genuine care made a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Pam was incredibly supportive, answering every question I had and keeping me fully informed at each stage. The team worked efficiently to secure an offer, and their guidance throughout the entire journey was invaluable. Everyone was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely friendly and supportive throughout our sale, which was at times challenging. We cannot recommend them highly enough.- 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Great experience buying and selling through Intercounty Stansted. The team really do know the local market, and I had a sale agreed in excess of the asking price within 3 weeks of going on the market.<br><br>Tom, Liz, Carol and the whole team continued their support through the whole process until completion day. They really did make the process as stress-free as possible, and Carol worked very hard to progress the sale. Very helpful having the office located locally in the village so that you’re able to drop in when it’s needed.

Pragmatic, well balanced, didn’t over promise and delivered well on what they said, keeping us well informed all the way through. Both were also very good sounding boards. Very different to our experience with another well known local agent prior to this. Would highly recommend.
10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)After a long and arduous completion things fell into place mainly because of the considerable efforts of Suzanne Towse for which I thank her I had some issues with the cause and length of this process hence only 3 stars none of which were down to her John Spindler- 14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Intercounty Dunmow helped me with the sale of my shared ownership property. The housing association had listed the property as required for 3 months with not a single viewing arranged. I was deflated about it and Intercounty changed the whole thing. I was very impressed by the initial appointment and how quickly they got it on the market.<br><br>Intercounty handled all of the viewings and communicated really well throughout. Very quickly I received offers and the sale was arranged. Unfortunately the first buyer pulled out at the last minute. Intercounty again very quickly found another buyer. I spoke mostly with Annabel Gurnett who was great both times!<br><br>After the sale was agreed Hayley French progressed the sale and without her I’m not sure what I would have done, it felt like she made it her personal mission to get it done. The buyers solicitor was very slow and Hayley sent multiple chaser emails and kept me updated throughout. It made the process much less stressful, so thank you so much.<br><br>Overall everyone was really helpful and technically sold the flat twice (thankfully only charging me once!). Really good team, highly recommended!

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I don't usually leave reviews, but Phoebe has been beyond brilliant from start to finish. She's been instrumental in helping me into our new home. Many, many hurdles had to be overcome, but at every point she advocated for me, kept me informed and worked incredibly hard to find a way forward.<br><br>What could easily have been an incredibly stressful process was made so much easier by having someone who was responsive, compassionate and genuinely solution-focused on the other end of the phone. I never felt like just another application or reference number - I felt that Phoebe genuinely wanted to help me and my daughter secure our home.<br><br>Even when things became complicated, she never simply accepted that something couldn't be done. She communicated clearly with everyone involved, explored the available options and kept things moving until we finally got there.<br><br>I'm enormously grateful to her, and Leaders are very lucky to have her. If there is any internal recognition for exceptional service, I genuinely hope she receives it - she absolutely deserves it.<br><br>Thank you so much, Phoebe. You helped give us a home. ??????

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)My experience with Danny Fisher and Fisher Estates has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, with emails often ignored for weeks. On one occasion I had six emails unanswered, and as I write this my latest email has been ignored for over 6 weeks.<br><br>I paid for a full management service but received very little management. Over more than two years I received only one inventory report. On another occasion I was sent the inventory report for an entirely different property, and despite raising this, I never received the correct report. I also received no regular inspection photos, videos or property updates.<br><br>I remain £300 out of pocket following a cleaning deduction that still hasn’t been properly explained or supported with invoices, despite repeated requests.<br><br>After exhausting the company’s complaints process, I have now referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman. This review reflects my own experience.
