He is exceptionally good at what he does, we couldn’t recommend him enough. He would provide regular updates and got things done so quickly for us. He’s extremely easy to talk to and always goes above and beyond for clients. Overall this experience was made 10 times less stressful because of the perfect service we received from him!

Glad I went with others for my sale ..- 3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I recently sold a property using Intercounty Great Dunmow. From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.
