Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

They were professional, reliable, and friendly from start to finish, and consistently went above and beyond to help keep the process moving smoothly.<br><br>There were some stressful moments along the way, but their excellent communication and support made a real difference. They always kept us informed, returned calls when they said they would, and were a reassuring presence throughout.<br><br>We are very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend.

From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.<br><br>A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.<br><br>Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.<br><br>We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.<br><br>Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
