21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)We put our property up with Scott Breen after a disappointing encounter with another local estate agent and I only wish we’d gone to him first. The property was photographed and on the market within days & multiple viewings in the first couple of weeks, which led to a buyer . Unfortunately that buyer pulled out but Scott was straight on it, the property was back on the market within a day, two viewings booked within the week & thankfully one of those viewings led to our buyer.<br>Scott has been amazing, he responded quickly to every question or enquiry and informed us of any updates throughout the process & we’ve never been passed on to anyone else (which seems to be the norm in most businesses these days). I would highly recommend Scott and would definitely go back to him for any other business I have in this sector .

21st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Jools was so helpful, she knew everything about the area, she took the most amazing pictures and marketed the house in a way that almost made me want to buy it! From knowing about the benefits of the kind of windows we had to knowing the direction the garden and the way lighting would change through the day. Everything! You'd think it was her house the way she spoke about it. She was amazing. And on top of all that, the most genuinely nice and helpful person. I couldn't have wished for anyone nicer to help us with the sale. We had previously spoken to other estate agents but Jools just put us totally at ease and made it so much less stressful than we ever thought it could be. I can't thank her and her team enough!

20th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Useful to be invited to comment! I/we would say that it's never good to be provided with false information. Nor to suffer broken promises, or to be introduced to a buyer who definitely isn't going to be able to buy, and an agent is well aware. These things cause real damage and distress to a seller. I/we definitely don't recommend this business, it caused provable harm.
4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Anthony Hay at True Homes went above and beyond the call of duty in relation to this sale. The property had to be sold on the death of a family member but one of the beneficiaries to the estate of the deceased made selling the property exceptionally difficult as they did all they could to obstruct the sale while at the same time demanding their inheritance from the estate (the greater part of which was of course the property which they wished to remain in rent free). Anthony calmly remained patient and eventually we overcame the obstacles and achieved the sale.

They handled everything efficiently and kept me well informed at every stage, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and commitment to great customer service really stood out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and expert property services!
30th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Tenants Avoid. We didn’t even make the end of our 1yr tenancy. Issues with damp in the property took ages to resolve, property was frozen during cost of living. No sympathy from anyone at HP, people who came to look at damp were rude and condescending. Genuinely made me wonder why I was paying rent if none of that money can be used to make properties habitable. If you’re smart enough to look at reviews before signing the tenancy, you’re smart enough to reconsider. Wish we had.

Cathryn and Shannon were brilliant from day one and always easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything.<br><br>We had a bit of a rollercoaster with two buyers falling through, but they kept at it and thankfully the third buyer completed a couple of weeks ago! They were great at keeping us updated and also helped chase things along when the solicitor was moving a bit slowly.<br><br>Thanks again to Cathryn and Shannon for all your help and for sticking with us through the ups and downs. Would definitely recommend!
